  • Why doesn't the Wi-Fi name appear during setup in the VicoHome app?

    For iOS devices (iOS 13 and above), you must enable 'location permission' for the VicoHome app in your system settings to allow it to detect nearby Wi-Fi networks.

  • Does the camera support 5GHz Wi-Fi?

    No, VICOHOME cameras typically support only 2.4GHz Wi-Fi networks. Please ensure your smartphone and device are connected to a 2.4GHz network during the initial setup.

    Open the VicoHome app, go to Settings > Share > Device Sharing to generate a QR code. The invited user must download the app and scan this QR code to gain access.
