  • How do I change the mode from tablets to liquid reagents on my PoolLab photometer?

You can switch between Tablets and Liquid reagents by pressing and releasing the ZERO & On/Off buttons at the same time. If 'LIQ' is displayed in the status bar, you are in liquid reagent mode.

  • Why does my Pool Lab display a 'CHECK SALT' or 'LOW FLOW' message?

This typically indicates the system has detected unusually low conductivity in the cell or a low flow condition. Verify your salt levels, ensure there is adequate pump water flow, and inspect the cell for any debris or calcium scale.

  • Where can I download the LabCOM app for my PoolLab device?

The LabCOM app is available for download on the Apple App Store for iOS devices and the Google Play Store for Android. You can also sync and view data via the cloud at labcom.cloud.

  • How often should I clean the test cuvette?

It is important to clean the cuvette thoroughly after each measurement to remove reagent residue. Rinsing under clear water or directly in the pool is sufficient as long as no residues remain.
