2. Amataina

- Vaega Fa'aaliga Autu: Open the battery compartment on the back. Insert 2 x AA batteries, ensuring correct polarity (+/-). Close the compartment.
- Sensors Mamao: Open the battery compartment on the back of each sensor. Insert 2 x AAA batteries into each sensor, ensuring correct polarity (+/-). Close the compartment.

2.3 Sensor Channel Selection
Each remote sensor has a channel switch (1, 2, or 3) inside its battery compartment. Before inserting batteries, select a unique channel for each sensor to avoid interference. The main display unit will automatically detect and display data from the corresponding channels.

2.4 Sensor Placement Guidelines
For optimal performance and accurate readings, consider the following:
- Place sensors vertically.
- Protect sensors from direct sunlight and rain.
- Avoid placing sensors directly on the ground.
- Ensure sensors are within the 60-meter (200-foot) wireless range of the main unit.

3. Galuega
3.1 Fa'aali i lugaview
The main display unit shows indoor temperature and humidity, along with readings from up to three remote sensors. It also indicates max/min records, comfort levels, and trend arrows.

3.2 Temperature and Humidity Readings
The display shows current temperature and humidity for each channel. Trend arrows indicate whether the temperature or humidity is rising, falling, or remaining stable.
3.3 Max/Min Records
The device records the maximum and minimum temperature and humidity values over the last 24 hours. Press the 'MEM' button to cycle through current, maximum, and minimum readings.
3.4 Comfort Indicator
A face icon on the display indicates the comfort level based on current temperature and humidity:
- mago: Susū < 40%
- Fa'amafanafanaga: 40% ≤ Humidity ≤ 70% and 20℃ ≤ Temperature ≤ 28℃
- Susū: Susū > 70%

3.5 Unit Selection (°C/°F)
Press the '℃/℉' button to switch between Celsius and Fahrenheit temperature units.
3.6 Temperature and Humidity Alerts
You can set high and low alert values for temperature and humidity for each channel. When the readings exceed or fall below these preset values, an audible alarm will sound, and the corresponding HI AL or LO AL symbol will appear on the screen.

When powered by batteries, the backlight illuminates for 7 seconds after pressing any button. When powered via the USB cable, the backlight can be set to remain continuously on or adjust brightness levels (100%, 50%, 0%).

3.8 USB Power and Charging
The main display unit can be powered by the included USB cable. It also features an additional USB output port (5V/1A) that can be used to charge small electronic devices.

Replace batteries in the main unit and sensors when the low battery indicator appears on the display. Always replace all batteries in a unit at the same time with new ones of the same type.
4.2 Fa'amamāina
Wipe the device and sensors with a soft, damp ie. Aua ne'i fa'aogaina ni mea fa'amama fa'amama pe fa'atofu i le vai.
5. Faʻafitauli
- No display on main unit: Check battery installation and polarity. Ensure batteries are not depleted. If using USB power, check the cable connection.
- Remote sensor not displaying data:
- Ensure sensor batteries are correctly installed and not depleted.
- Verify the sensor channel switch matches the selected channel on the main unit.
- Move the sensor closer to the main unit to check if it's out of range.
- Avoid major metal obstructions between the sensor and the main unit.
- Faitauga le sa'o:
- Ensure sensors are not exposed to direct sunlight, heat sources, or extreme drafts.
- Allow the units to stabilize for 15-30 minutes after initial setup or battery replacement.
- Alerts not sounding: Check that alert values are correctly set and the alert function is enabled.
