This manual provides detailed instructions for the Akko 3098 Mechanical Keyboard. Designed for both Mac and Windows users, this keyboard features a compact 98-key layout, durable PBT double-shot keycaps, and hot-swappable switches for a customizable typing experience. Please read this manual thoroughly to ensure proper setup and operation.

The Akko 3098 keyboard supports both wired and wireless (Bluetooth or 2.4 GHz) connections.

The keyboard features two adjustable feet on the underside, offering three different typing angles for enhanced comfort.

5. Fa'atonuga o Galuega
5.1. Switching Between Mac and Windows Modes
To switch between operating system modes:
- For Windows mode: Press and hold Fn + Q.
- For Mac mode: Press and hold Fn + O.
5.2. Programmable Keys
The Akko 3098 keyboard allows for re-mapping of most keys to customize functionality. This feature is managed through dedicated software (not included, typically available for download from the manufacturer's website). Keys used for controlling Macro mode (Esc/Win) cannot be re-mapped.
5.3. Suiga o le Keycap ma le Switch
The keyboard features hot-swappable switches, allowing users to change switches without soldering. This requires a keycap puller and a switch puller (both typically included in the package).
- Using the keycap puller, gently remove the desired keycap by pulling straight up.
- Once the keycap is removed, use the switch puller to grasp the switch firmly and pull it straight up to remove it from the PCB.
- Align the pins of the new switch with the holes on the PCB and press down gently until it clicks into place. Ensure the pins are not bent.
- Place the desired keycap onto the new switch stem and press down firmly.

6. Tausiga
To ensure the longevity and optimal performance of your Akko 3098 Mechanical Keyboard, follow these maintenance guidelines:
- Fa'amamaina o Keycaps: Use a keycap puller to remove keycaps. Clean them with a mild soap solution and a soft cloth, then rinse and dry thoroughly before reattaching.
- Fa'amamaina o le Fa'avae o le Keyboard: Use compressed air to remove dust and debris from between the switches. A soft brush or microfiber cloth can be used to wipe down the surface.

If you encounter issues with your Akko 3098 Mechanical Keyboard, try the following solutions:
