2. Fa'apipi'i ma'a

- Plug the remaining power adapters into the DC 6V jacks on the additional charging bases.
- Plug these power adapters into standard electrical outlets.
- Place the remaining handsets on their respective charging bases to charge.

Allow all handsets to charge for at least 12-15 hours before initial use to ensure optimal battery performance.

- Fai se Valaau: Enter the phone number using the number keys, then press the Talk/Dial faamau.

- Taofi: Fa'aaoga le Toe vili/Taofi button during dialing to insert a pause.
- Gūgū: Oomi le Mute/OK/Menu button during a call to mute your microphone. Press again to unmute.

2. Answering Machine (Main Base Unit)
The main base unit features an integrated answering machine with up to 240 minutes of recording capacity.
- Ta'alo Feau: Oomi le Ta'alo faamau i le iunite faavae.
- Recording Announcements: You can record two group announcements. The maximum memo recording is 120 seconds. Refer to the detailed manual section for specific steps to record your outgoing message.
- Tapēina o Feau: Oomi le DEL button on the base unit to delete recordings.
3. Tusi Telefoni

- Fa'aopoopoina o se Ulufale: Navigate to the phonebook menu, select 'Add New', enter the name and number, then save.
- Viewing Entries: Oomi le Phonebook/Back button to access the phonebook. Use the navigation keys to scroll.

4. ID telefoni
The phone supports Caller ID, displaying the number of incoming calls. It stores 30 incoming numbers and 10 outgoing numbers.
- ViewFa'amaumauga o le Valaau: Access the call log through the menu to view incoming and outgoing calls.
5. Multi-Handset Connection & Conference Calls
The system supports connecting up to 5 handsets to one base unit. Each handset can also be registered to up to 4 base units.

6. Faʻasologa o Gagana
The handset interface offers 16 language options:
- Portuguese, Spanish, English, French, German, Italian, Dutch, Hungarian, Greek, Polish, Danish, Norwegian, Swedish, Turkish, Russian, and Ukrainian.
To change the language, navigate to the settings menu on the handset and select 'Language'.

7. Ringtones and Flash Time
- Leo leo: Choose from 10 selectable ringtones. Volume is adjustable. Different melodies can be assigned for various call types.
- Taimi momi: The flash time (100/300/600/1000 ms) can be adjusted to suit different telephone lines or automatic intermediaries.
Tausiga
- Fa'amamaina: Fa'aaogā se mea vaivai, oamp cloth to clean the phone and base units. Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents.
- Tausiga maa: Ensure batteries are fully charged regularly. If the phone will not be used for an extended period, remove the batteries.
- Siosiomaga: Taofi le telefoni mai le susulu sa'o o le la, mea e vevela ai, ma le susu.
