2. Seti

2.1. Fa'apipi'i ma le Totogiina o ma'a

The WG-80 uses a Lithium Ion battery. Ensure the battery is fully charged before first use.

  1. Open the battery/memory card compartment cover located on the side of the camera. Ensure the lock mechanism is disengaged.
  2. Insert the battery with the correct orientation as indicated inside the compartment.
  3. Close the cover securely and engage the lock mechanism to maintain waterproof integrity.
  4. Connect the camera to a power source using the provided USB cable for charging. The charging port is located within the battery compartment.

2.2. Fa'aofiina Kata Fa'amanatu

The camera supports SD/SDHC/SDXC memory cards.

  1. With the battery compartment open, insert the memory card into the designated slot until it clicks into place.
  2. Close the compartment cover and secure the lock.

  • Macro Lights: Six LED Macro Lights are positioned around the lens barrel to provide bright, uniform illumination for close-up shots. These lights feature 5-step brightness adjustment.

3.4. Zoom and Image Capture

The camera features a 5x optical zoom lens. Use the zoom controls to adjust your focal length. The 16-megapixel CMOS image sensor ensures high-quality stills and 1080p video recording.

To maintain the camera's waterproof capabilities (up to 14 meters), always ensure the battery/memory card compartment cover is clean and securely locked before exposing the camera to water. Regularly inspect the rubber seals for any dirt, sand, or damage.

  • Lens and LCD Screen: Use a soft, lint-free cloth specifically designed for optical surfaces. Avoid abrasive materials.
