- Fesoʻotaʻi le Mana: Connect the power adapter to the Power port on the gateway and then plug the other end into an electrical outlet. The gateway will begin to power on.

- Providing the MAC address and serial number of your gateway, usually found on a label on the bottom or back of the device.
