- Prepare the Base Unit: Add ice to the designated ice fill line on the base unit. Then, add cold water to the designated water fill line.

- Fesootai Tubing: Insert the insulated hose connection into the unit until an audible click is heard. Then, attach the therapy pad to the insulated hose, ensuring another audible click.
- So'oga Malosi: Connect the power cord to the unit and then to a grounded electrical outlet.

- Malosiaga: Press the power switch located on the back of the unit lid to turn on the machine.
- Fetuuna'i Fa'atonu: Press and hold the 'M' button. Use the up and down arrows to select your desired rate of flow and duration of the treatment session. Press 'M' again to confirm your selection.
- Apply Therapy Pad: Secure the universal therapy pad to the desired body part using the adjustable bands. Ensure the pad is comfortably snug but not overly tight to allow proper water flow.
