  1. The mini USB receiver is stored inside the battery compartment for convenience during transport. Open the battery compartment cover as described in Section 3.1.
  2. Carefully remove the USB receiver from its storage slot.

  1. Plug the USB receiver into an available USB port on your computer or notebook.
  2. Your operating system (Windows XP, Windows 7, Linux) should automatically detect and install the necessary drivers. No additional software installation is typically required.
