- Locate the battery compartment on the underside of the Marshall toy.

Feeding Pup Treats
Marshall recognizes each of the 26 bone-shaped Pup Treats. Insert a treat into Marshall's mouth, and he will respond with letters, phonics, objects, and more. His motorized eyes and ears will react during gameplay.

Marshall features four interactive play modes:

- Learning Rescue Mode: Discover objects and rescue-related vocabulary.
- Search and Rescue Mode: Follow Marshall's instructions to find specific letter treats.
- Music Time Mode: Enjoy melodies and songs.

Fa'asinomaga
You can personalize Marshall to recognize the first letter of your child's name. When that specific letter treat is inserted, Marshall will respond with a personalized phrase.

- Wipe the toy with a slightly damp cloth to clean. Do not use harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners.
- Store the 26 Pup Treats inside Marshall's pup pack compartment when not in use to prevent loss.
