Setup: Ear Cushion Installation

Follow these steps to replace the ear cushions on your compatible Jabra Pro headset:

  1. Remove Old Ear Cushions: Gently peel off the old ear cushion from the headset earpiece. It may be attached by a thin rim or adhesive. Discard the old cushion.
  2. Prepare New Ear Cushion: Take one new ear cushion. Locate the soft, outermost ring of the cushion. This is the part that will secure onto the headset.
  3. Attach New Ear Cushion: Align the outermost soft ring of the new ear cushion with the edge of the headset's earpiece. Hook a small section of the cushion's ring onto the earpiece.
  4. Rotate and Secure: While holding the hooked section in place, slowly and carefully rotate the ear cushion around the earpiece, gradually working the entire soft ring onto the earpiece until it is fully seated and secure. Ensure there are no gaps and the cushion is flush with the headset.
  5. Repeat for Second Cushion: If your headset uses two ear cushions, repeat the process for the other earpiece.
