What should I do if my screen is black or showing 'No Signal'?
Ensure your screen is powered on and the input source is set to the correct HDMI port connected to the Yodeck Player. Also, verify that the Micro HDMI cable is plugged into the correct port on the player (usually the left port).

My Yodeck Player is stuck on the logo during boot-up. What should I do?
