First, ensure Bluetooth is enabled on your phone. Open the TTLock app, tap '+ Add Lock', and select the appropriate lock type (e.g., Door Lock). Wake up the lock keypad by touching it, and the app should detect the device. Click '+' next to the detected lock to complete pairing.
Remove the battery cover on the interior assembly. Locate the reset button and hold it for about 5 seconds until you hear a prompt. Input '000#' on the keypad to confirm the initialization. Note: This will erase all data and passcodes.
The TTLock Gateway connects your Bluetooth smart lock to your Wi-Fi network. This bridge allows you to unlock the door remotely from anywhere, receive real-time notifications, and manage passcodes without being within Bluetooth range of the lock.
Ensure the sensor surface is clean and dry. If your finger is too dry or wet, it may affect recognition. Try re-registering the fingerprint, capturing different angles of your finger, or use the app to adjust the sensitivity if supported.
