This manual provides essential information for the safe and efficient operation, assembly, maintenance, and troubleshooting of your pressure washer. Please read this manual thoroughly before operating the unit to ensure proper use and to prevent injury or damage.

This gas-powered pressure washer is designed for various cleaning tasks, offering a maximum pressure of 3400 PSI (239.04 kgf/cm²) and a flow rate of 10 L/min. It is suitable for cleaning vehicles, fences, patios, driveways, and other outdoor surfaces.

2. Fa'amatalaga Saogalemu

Always observe basic safety precautions when using this product to reduce the risk of injury or damage. Failure to follow these instructions may result in serious injury or property damage.

  • Fuel handling: Handle gasoline with extreme care. Store fuel in approved containers and never refuel a hot or running engine.
  • High-pressure spray: Never direct the spray at people, animals, electrical devices, or the unit itself. The high pressure can cause severe injury.

4. Seti ma Fonotaga

4.1 Fonotaga

  1. Fa'apipi'i uili: Securely attach the two wheels to the main frame using the provided hardware.
  2. Fa'apipi'i le U'u: Slide the handle assembly into the designated slots on the main unit and secure it with the locking pins or bolts.
  3. Fa'afeso'ota'i le fa'amama maualuga: Connect one end of the high-pressure hose to the pump outlet on the pressure washer and the other end to the spray gun. Ensure connections are tight.

4.2 Suau'u ma le Suau'u

The engine is shipped without oil or fuel. You must add both before starting the unit.

  • Fa'aopoopo le Suau'u Inisinia: Remove the oil fill cap/dipstick. Add the recommended engine oil (refer to engine manual for type and capacity) until it reaches the full mark on the dipstick. Do not overfill.
  • Fa'aopoopo Gasoline: Fill the fuel tank with fresh, unleaded gasoline (minimum 87 octane). Do not overfill. Leave space for fuel expansion.

4.3 Sootaga Suavai

  • Connect a garden hose (minimum 5/8 inch diameter) to the water inlet on the pressure washer.
  • Ensure the garden hose is free of kinks and has a steady water supply.

  • Squeeze the trigger on the spray gun to purge air from the pump and hose until a steady stream of water emerges. This prevents damage to the pump.

  1. Ensure the water supply is fully on and all air is purged from the system.

The pressure washer comes with 5 quick-connect nozzles for various applications.

  • 0° Au'au Mumu: Concentrated, high-impact jet for tough stains and hard-to-reach areas. Use with extreme caution.
  • 15° Au'au Samasama: Narrow spray for intensive cleaning of small areas.
  • 25° Autū Lanumeamata: Fa'amama fa'afefete mo le fa'amama lautele o le tele o luga.
  • 40° Laupapa Pa'epa'e: Wide spray for gentle cleaning of delicate surfaces.
  • Black Soap Nozzle: Suāvai maualalo le mamafa mo le fa'aaogaina o le vaila'au fa'amamā.

To change nozzles, pull back the collar on the quick-connect fitting at the end of the wand, insert the desired nozzle, and release the collar. Ensure the nozzle is securely seated before operating.

5.3 Talosaga Lafoa'i

  • Fill the detergent tank with pressure washer safe detergent.

  • Start the engine and squeeze the trigger. The detergent will be drawn from the tank and mixed with the water at low pressure.

6. Tausiga

Regular maintenance ensures optimal performance and extends the life of your pressure washer. Always disconnect the spark plug wire before performing any maintenance.

6.1 Tausia afi

  • Fa'amama ea mama: Inspect the air filter every 25 hours or more often in dusty conditions. Clean or replace as needed.
  • Check Spark Plug: Inspect the spark plug annually or every 100 hours. Clean or replace if necessary.

  • Su'esu'e Fa'aau: Regularly check the high-pressure hose and garden hose for cuts, leaks, or damage. Replace if necessary.
  • Fa'amama Nozzles: If a nozzle becomes clogged, use the included nozzle cleaning tool to clear any obstructions.
