2. Oloa Ua Ovaview

The LAFAER Motion Sensor Under Cabinet Light features an adjustable lamp with a digital display for easy monitoring and control.

2.1 Vaega

  • Pa moli: Contains LED lights and a magnetic surface for attachment.
  • Pulea Module: Houses the motion sensor, digital display, and control buttons. This section can rotate relative to the light bar.
  • Fa'amauina: A metal base that can be attached to surfaces using adhesive or screws, providing a magnetic attachment point for the light.

2.2 Digital Display Indicators

The intuitive digital display provides real-time information:

  • Tulaga ma'a: Shows remaining power percentage.
  • Faiga Fa'alogo: Indicates the currently active motion sensing mode (Constant On, Night Sensing, All-Day Sensing).
  • Tulaga malamalama: Displays the selected brightness percentage (25%, 50%, 75%, 100%).

3. Seti ma Fa'apipi'i

The LAFAER light offers flexible installation options to suit various indoor locations.

3.1 Magnetic Mounting

The light can be magnetically attached to any iron metal surface directly. For non-metallic surfaces, use the provided metal mounting base.

  1. Saunia le Laupapa: Clean the desired installation surface to ensure it is dry and free of dust or grease.
  2. Attach Mounting Base:
    • Adhesive Method: Peel the protective film from the adhesive on the back of the metal mounting base. Press the base firmly onto the cleaned surface for at least 30 seconds. Allow 24 hours for the adhesive to cure before attaching the light.
    • Screw Method: For a more permanent installation, use the provided screws to secure the metal mounting base to the surface.
  3. Fa'apipi'i Malamalama: Align the magnetic side of the light bar with the installed metal mounting base. The light will snap into place magnetically.

3.2 Hook Design

The light also features a built-in hook for hanging in various locations.

3.3 Adjusting Sensing Direction

The control module, which contains the motion sensor, can be rotated up to 120 degrees to customize the sensing direction.

4. Fa'atonuga o Galuega

The light is controlled via touch buttons located near the digital display.

4.1 Malosi / Malosi

Press and hold the power button (usually the main button) for a few seconds to turn the light on or off.

4.2 Changing Sensing Modes

Cycle through the available sensing modes by pressing the mode button (refer to the product diagram for button identification).

  • Constant On Mode: E ola pea le moli.
  • Faiga o le Lagona o le Po: The light activates only when motion is detected in a dark environment.
  • All-Day Sensing Mode: The light activates whenever motion is detected, regardless of ambient light conditions.

In sensing modes, the light automatically turns off if no motion is detected within the sensing area for approximately 25 seconds.

4.3 Adjusting Brightness Levels

Press the brightness button to cycle through four brightness levels: 25%, 50%, 75%, and 100%.

Press the color temperature button to cycle through three color temperature options:

5. Totogiina

The LAFAER light is equipped with a rechargeable internal battery. The digital display will show the current battery level.

  1. When the battery level is low, connect the provided Type-C charging cable to the light's USB-C port.
  2. Connect the other end of the cable to a standard USB power adapter (not included).
  3. The digital display will indicate charging status. A full charge can provide up to 6 months of use in motion-sensing mode (with an average of 6 triggers per day) or up to 32 hours of continuous lighting at 25% brightness.

6. Tausiga

  • Fa'amamaina: Wipe the light with a soft, dry cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents.

  • Tausiga maa: For optimal battery life, avoid fully discharging the battery frequently. Charge the light regularly.
