3. Seti

3.1 Fa'apipi'i maa ma Totogi

Ensure batteries are fully charged before first use. The drone comes with 2 Lithium Polymer batteries.

3.2 Fa'apipi'i Fa'amau

The drone comes with pre-installed propellers. If replacement is needed, use the provided screwdriver to carefully remove and install new propellers, ensuring correct orientation (A/B labels).

3.3 Seti Pulea Mamao

Insert 3 AAA batteries (not included) into the remote control. Extend the phone holder to mount your smartphone for FPV viewing and app control.

3.4 App So'oga

Download the DEERC FPV app from your smartphone's app store. Connect your smartphone to the drone's Wi-Fi network (usually named "DEERC-D20S-XXXX"). Once connected, open the app to view the live camera feed and access additional flight controls.

4. Fa'atonuga o Galuega

  • Unfold the drone arms completely.

4.2 Le Alu Ese ma le Tulaueleele

  1. Malosiaga: Press and hold the power button on the drone until the indicator lights turn on.
  2. Fa'atasi: Turn on the remote control. Push both joysticks down and outwards simultaneously to pair the remote with the drone. The drone's lights will stop flashing and become solid when paired.
  3. Tasi le Ki e Alu Ese Ai: Press the One-Key Takeoff button on the remote control (or in the app). The drone will automatically lift off and hover at a stable altitude.
  4. Aveese ma le Manu'a: Alternatively, after pairing, push both joysticks down and inwards to arm the motors. Then, push the left joystick up to manually take off.
  5. Tu'ele'ele e Tasi: Press the One-Key Landing button on the remote control (or in the app). The drone will automatically descend and land.

4.3 Fa'atonuga Vaalele

  • Joystick Agavale (Throttle/Yaw):
    • Push up/down: Increase/decrease altitude.
    • Push left/right: Rotate drone left/right (yaw).
  • Joystick Taumatau (Pitch/Roll):
    • Push up/down: Move drone forward/backward (pitch).
    • Push left/right: Move drone left/right (roll).

4.4 Avatu Fa'apitoa

  • Uu maualuga: The drone automatically maintains its current altitude, allowing for easier control of direction.
  • Auala le ulu: Activates a mode where the drone's orientation is relative to the pilot, simplifying control regardless of the drone's actual front direction.
  • Liliu 3D: Press the 3D Flip button on the remote, then push the right joystick in any direction to perform a flip.
  • Li'o lele: The drone will fly in a circular path around a central point.
  • Pulea Gaoioiga: Use specific hand gestures in front of the camera to trigger photo or video recording. Refer to the app for specific gestures.
  • Speed ​​Modes: Toggle between 3 speed settings (low, medium, high) to adjust the drone's responsiveness and speed.

4.5 Fa'atinoga o meapueata

The DEERC D20S is equipped with a 1080p HD FPV camera. You can control the camera and view the live feed via the app.

  • Fetuuna'i Su'ega Pueata: Use the dedicated buttons on the remote control to adjust the camera's vertical angle (up/down) during flight.
  • Ata/Vitio: Use the app interface or dedicated buttons on the remote control to capture photos (2 MP effective still resolution, JPEG format) or record videos (1080p resolution, MP4 format).

5. Tausiga

  • Fa'amamaina: Regularly clean the drone body and propellers with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid using water or solvents.
  • Suiga Pepepa: Inspect propellers for damage before each flight. Replace any bent or broken propellers using the provided screwdriver and spare parts.
  • Tausiga maa: Store batteries in a cool, dry place. Do not overcharge or over-discharge batteries. Disconnect batteries from the drone when not in use.

6. Faʻafitauli

If the drone fails to take off or exhibits unstable flight, ensure the following:

  • All propellers are correctly installed and undamaged.
  • Batteries (drone and remote) are fully charged.
  • The drone is placed on a flat, level surface before pairing and takeoff.
  • The remote control is properly paired with the drone.
  • Perform a calibration if flight is unstable (refer to manual for calibration steps).
