  1. Clean and dry the affected area thoroughly before application.
  2. Remove the cap from the tube.
  3. Gently squeeze the tube to dispense a small amount of cream.
  4. Massage the cream into the skin over the painful area until absorbed.
  5. The cream starts to soothe on contact.
  6. For adults and children 12 years and older, apply to the affected area not more than 3 to 4 times daily.
  7. Children under 12 years of age: consult a doctor.
  8. Wash hands thoroughly after applying the cream.

Removing the Safety Seal

  1. Pull off the clear cover from the applicator cap.
  2. Twist off the applicator cap from the tube.
  3. Locate the star-shaped indent on the side of the applicator cap.
  4. Match the indent to the top of the white nozzle and twist to remove the safety seal.
  5. Twist the applicator cap back onto the tube.
  6. Pinch and pull the yellow sides upward until you hear a click to release the cream.
  7. Squeeze the tube to release cream and apply to skin.
  8. Clean the applicator with a towel or absorbent paper after use.
