1. Install Battery Packs

Identify Correct Battery Cover: Select the appropriate battery cover for your Xbox controller model (Xbox One/S/X/Elite or Xbox Series X|S).
Remove Existing Battery Cover: Open the battery compartment on your Xbox controller and remove any existing batteries or covers.
Insert Rechargeable Battery: Place one of the provided 5520mWh rechargeable battery packs into the controller's battery compartment, ensuring correct polarity.
Attach New Battery Cover: Secure the selected battery cover over the rechargeable battery pack. Ensure it clicks into place firmly.

2. Connect Charging Station

Connect the provided USB-C charging cable to the port on the back of the charging station.
Plug the other end of the USB-C cable into a compatible USB power source (e.g., Xbox console, USB wall adapter, PC).

Place your Xbox controller(s) onto the charging dock. Ensure the controller is seated correctly and the charging contacts align.
The LED indicator on the charging station will illuminate red, indicating that the controller is charging.
Once fully charged, the LED indicator will turn green. Charging typically takes approximately 4-5 hours.

Pulea Malamalama LED

The charging station features a button on the top to turn the LED lights on or off. This function does not affect the charging process of the batteries.

Keep the charging station and controllers clean by wiping them with a dry, soft cloth.

Controller does not power on after charging	Confirm the battery pack is fully charged (green LED). Re-seat the battery pack in the controller to ensure proper connection. Test the controller with standard AA batteries to rule out controller issues.
