The fan comes with a 3-inch downrod for standard profile mounting. If your ceiling height is greater than 10 feet, an extension downrod may be suggested for optimal performance and safety. The fan blades should be no closer than 7 feet from the floor.

5. Fa'atonuga o Galuega

Reversible Motor Function (Summer/Winter Modes)
The WhisperWind motor features a reversible function to optimize air circulation for both summer and winter seasons. A switch on the fan body allows you to change the blade direction:
