3. Seti ma Fa'apipi'i

Follow these steps to install your Intel Core i7-12700F processor and its included cooler:

  1. Saunia le Motherboard: Locate the CPU socket on your motherboard. Gently push down the small lever on the side of the socket and pull it outwards to open the metal retention frame.

3.2. Fa'apipi'i Cooler

The Intel Core i7-12700F typically comes with a stock cooler that has pre-applied thermal paste. If you are using an aftermarket cooler, follow its specific installation instructions.

  1. Tu'u le mea malulu: Place the cooler directly on top of the installed processor, ensuring the mounting holes on the cooler align with the corresponding holes on the motherboard.
  2. Saogalemu le Cooler: Gently push down on each of the four push-pins until they click into place. Push diagonally opposite pins first to ensure even pressure.
