2. Tu'uga: Place the machine on a stable, flat, and heat-resistant surface, away from water sources and heat.

4. Faatumu Tane Suavai: Fill the water tank with fresh, cold drinking water up to the MAX level. Ensure the tank is properly seated in the machine. The machine has a reservoir presence safety feature.

   • Place a large cup or container under the coffee spout.

Fa'agaioiga

Making espresso with your Malongo machine is simple.

1. Malosiaga: Ensure the machine is plugged in and the water tank is filled. Press the power button. Wait for the machine to preheat (approx. 45 seconds).
2. Fa'aofi le Pod: Lift the ergonomic handle to open the pod compartment. Insert one Malongo 1,2,3 Spresso pod into the holder. Close the handle firmly.
3. Tu'u Ipu: Place your espresso cup on the drip tray under the coffee spout.
4. Fau Kofe: Press the coffee dispensing button. The machine will start brewing.

   • Mo a long espresso, press and hold the button until the desired volume is reached, then release. The machine will remember this setting for future brews.
5. Aveese le Pod: Once brewing is complete, lift the handle to eject the used pod into the internal collection bin. Close the handle.
6. Tapē le eletise: The machine will automatically enter standby mode after 20 minutes of inactivity. You can also manually turn it off by pressing the power button.

Regular cleaning and maintenance will prolong the life of your machine and ensure optimal coffee quality.

The frequency of descaling depends on the hardness of your water. It is recommended to descale every 3-6 months. Use a descaling solution specifically designed for coffee machines. Follow the instructions provided with the descaling product.

1. Empty the water tank and fill it with the descaling solution as per the product instructions.
